You will receive a thank you email directly from the project once they have received and collected your donated items.

Yes, during checkout you can choose to make your donation recurring on a monthly basis to provide ongoing support to your chosen project.
We work with verified NGOs and community organizations that have demonstrated a clear need and track record of positive impact in their communities.
We charge a small service fee (10%) and credit card processing fee (1%) to cover operational costs and ensure the platform can continue supporting these important causes.
While we don’t organize visits directly, many of our partner organizations welcome visitors. You can contact them directly through the project information provided.
Projects will send you updates about how your specific donations have helped, and you’ll receive a thank you message once your items have been collected and distributed.
Currently, each donation goes to one specific project. To support multiple projects, you would need to make separate donations to each one.
In the rare case a project cannot collect donated items, we will notify you and either redirect your donation to a similar project or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
